Private event in Boston the evening of Thursday, May 18th. 

I have been selected to be on a panel in Boston focusing on Luxury Waterfront Property in New Hampshire. It is a unique opportunity to have such varing expertise in one room. Please consider stopping by if you, or a friend of yours, is looking to buy that special property in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire.

We will discussing:

  • Locating the right waterfront property, at the right value
  • Designing the house for the lot and for the family
  • Designing the landscaping to match and amplify the features and enjoyment of the waterfront
  • Building the right home for generations to enjoy 

They have asked me to touch on:

  • Quality lakes in addition to Squam and Winnipesaukee
  • How to gauge value and market conditions
  • Grandfathered assets and other nuances in the waterfront home search. 

I will be on the panel with 3 other experts in their field who will have great information to share.

SieMatic is located at One Charles Street South in Boston and will be providing us with Drink & Hors D’oeuvres.
